How do we maintain youthfulness and create longevity for ourselves and our loved ones? The pursuit of this goal has absorbed many people and spiritual systems throughout time. The study of ancient and modern information and technologies has afforded us some insight and knowledge in this area of study. Basically, it requires working with all levels of the whole person to achieve noticeable results. Efforts need to be exerted into working with the body, the mind and the spirit. We will discuss each of these in some detail and suggest sources of information to explore.

Working with the body means finding the correct formula of foods, water, vitamins, minerals, and exercises that work for the individuals' physical body systems.

1.The body needs to be nourished with foods that improve the wellbeing of the individual. Everyone is not nourished by the same combination of foods. Researchers have found people with different blood types respond best to particular combinations of foods that fit their blood type . Books such as "Eat Right For Your Blood Type" by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo can be good guides to explore this area. Also, research has shown that eating the correct combinations of protein, carbohydrates and fats can make a huge difference in the bodies ability to maximize it's performance while maintaining a healthy body fat ratio. 2. Research has shown that keeping the body well hydrated is important to it's optimal functioning and wellbeing. Drinking 4 pints or more of water daily is a good guide in this area. What type of water you drink is still a controversial issue. Some sources suggest drinking natural unaltered spring water from a reliable source offers the most life force. Other sources say no source of spring water is free of contaminants and distilled water is the most pure. However this argument is disputed by the spring water sources that say distilled water is not balanced and is dead water. Some sources suggest reverse osmosis is a reliable manner of cleaning the water of contaminants, but a separate researcher says tape water is really better then any filtration and bottling process and the plastic bottles to store the water in adds chemicals or cleaning agents to the water. Whether or not you drink tap water, distilled water, spring water or molecularly changed water is a matter of personal preference, personal beliefs and what your taste buds will tolerate. But drinking 4 pints of water a day is the most important principle to follow.

3. More and more research is showing the body needs additional vitamins and minerals to enhance it's health, wellbeing, and restore cellular regeneration. Their are various sources of information on this topic. We have studied many resources over the years. 4. Another important area of maintaining the bodies health is cleansing the body internally. This can be accomplished by the use of herbal formulas that kill parasites, cleanse the colon and purify the kidneys. It's difficult to maintain a healthy body without this internal cleansing. 5. Exercise is a very broad subject area.
