  1. What is a sacred site? "A sacred site is any place on Mother Earth that carries and holds a higher vibrational frequency or vibrational field and has been used by groups of people over the ages to hold sacred ceremony. Throughout the ages group after group of people are attracted to the same places to do ceremony and practice their science/religion. The sacred site has the ability to raise the person's consciousness level due to the fact that the site already vibrates to a higher dimensional frequency. People with higher consciousness and higher vibrational frequency are naturally attracted to natures places of power. People with higher vibrational frequency levels become excited and alert when they sense they are entering a place of power. They will naturally be drawn directly to the center of that power just like a piece of metal to a magnet."
  2. Who is Hunbatz Men? "Hunbatz Men is a Mayan elder who lives in Merida, Mexico. He is a Shaman and teacher of traditional Mayan Wisdom and teachings handed down from generations of Mayan elders to him. He has committed his life to transmitting the sacred teachings that he holds to others who have an interest in these teachings. He truly believes that he can benefit modern man by helping him understand the wisdom that the teachings of the Mayans have to share with him. He offers a path of sacred wisdom teachings for the Mystery School student to follow to help draw them back into the higher consciousness of the universe, back into Cosmic Consciousness. Hunbatz Men always greets new and returning students the same way. He calls them Solar Brothers and Sisters and he recognizes that they were Mayans in past lives and they are returning to reclaim their wisdom teachings, their knowledge teachings from the past. He recognizes that we are all part and parcel of the greater whole and of each other. An ancient Mayan greeting he shares with his students is " In Lak'ech, I am you, and You are me or I am another yourself. He believes that the way to help Mother Earth and her children return to a state of harmony is to raise the consciousness of Earth's children once again to that of Cosmic Consciousness."

  10. Why do you use the term Solar Brothers and Sisters? "Solar Brothers and Sisters is the term Hunbatz Men uses to address those who come to study the wisdom of the Mayans. The Sun (Hunab Ku) is a central source of enlightenment for the Mayans."
  11. What benefit is gained by reading the writings of Hunbatz Men? "The writings of Hunbatz Men give the Mystery School student ancient sacred wisdom teachings from the Mayans?"
  12. What benefit is gained by watching the DVDs or listening to the CDs of Hunbatz Men? "The DVDs carry a transmission of the energy of the Sacred Mayan lands and Cosmic Consciousness. The Mayan language is mantric and carries sacred vibration."
  13. What benefit is gained by visiting sacred pyramid sites or other sacred sites? "Sacred sites and sacred pyramid sites vibrate at a frequency that is a higher vibration and more open to Cosmic Consciousness. Sacred sites and sacred pyramid sites are libraries of Cosmic Wisdom and Cosmic Consciousness. Hunbatz Men says, "Cosmic Wisdom is stored in stone and bone. When you visit a sacred site you open your nervous system to receive that information that has been stored at that site. The site acts as your teacher and helps prepare your nervous system for higher more advanced information. Those who do ceremony at a sacred site create an affinity with that site and allow even more information to come into their consciousness." Imagine the information that you can receive if you do ceremony at a sacred site with a Mayan elder. One who is deeply connected to the Cosmos and higher mind. The possibilities are endless as to the information you can receive and the heights to which your consciousness can be raised.

    Think for a minute about the Mayans. They were a civilization that studied the Cosmos as part of their Science/Religion. By studying the glyphs they left on their pyramidal structures we have learned that they knew things about the universe that we are only just discovering. How they did this without any evidence of their having owned high-powered telescopes or computers is hard for us to comprehend. It's clear that they had a relationship with and an understanding of the universe that we do not presently have.

    The pyramidal structure at Chichen Itza called the Temple of Kukulkahn was built at least 2500 years ago. Every spring equinox 10s of 1000s of people come to visit it at the Spring Equinox. Why do they do this? Because it is still an active, alive computer or tool that the Mayans built. It still works just as it did when it was first constructed over 2500 years ago. As the sun rises higher and higher throughout the day the steps on one side of the pyramid create triangle shadows that connect one at a time from the top on the pyramid to the base of the pyramid. At the base of the steps is the head of a serpent. Once the 7th triangle is connected, at about 5:00 in the afternoon, the head of the serpent is then connected to the 7 triangles of shadow that create its tail leading down from the top of the pyramid. At that moment that this occurs there is great celebration by the thousands of people who have come to witness this event that marks the Spring Equinox today just as it did 2500 years ago. If you are there at that moment what you will experience is mind altering. A jolt of electrical feeling energy comes up your legs and travels up your spine. You look in amazement about you and say did you feel that and of course everyone around you says yes because they are still experiencing it to. "The Cosmic Serpent of Light has descended from the heavens and joined with your body." Your life and vibration will never be the same after that.
